The FragBuyCrew Loyalty Program is Evolving from March 2020

Effective March 1st 2020, we're changing up the redemption schedule of your loyalty account to allow you, as a valued Crew Member, easier access to more coupons.

 

In other words, your sprays will be able to redeem $5, 10% and FREE SHIPPING codes even faster than before. 😎

 

We're also introducing more perks for Eau Collector and Eau Addict VIP tiers, recognizing and rewarding experienced loyalty with early access to promos, early access to freebies and sample sales, and even a special discount on fragrance decanting services (to be announced soon 😀)

Why the Change?

 

At Fragrancebuy, we believe you, as a FragBuyCrew Member and active fragrance enthusiast, shouldn't have to wait for any 'special event' or 'special sale'. You should have access to additional bonus 💲 incentives available to you on demand 365 days of the year. So get psyched! Your sprays will now be worth more!😊

 

Please note: Effective March 1st, sprays will expire after 180 days (6 months) of earning or redemption inactivity. However, as long as you place an order or make a simple redemption within 180 days, your points will remain in your account. The expiration date would simply reset to another 6 months thereafter. 

Coupons, once redeemed, will not expire (unless specified during Power Redemption events).

VIP Status however will remain evergreen and never expire (its always uphill with the FragBuyCrew).

Don't worry, we'll send you a reminder a month before (in case you forget) to allow you the chance to reset the clock another 6 months. 😊

VIP status

All crew members start off in the 'Eau Fresh' VIP status. As you earn more sprays (i.e. points), you move up the ranks to the higher Eau 'Collector' and then highest Eau 'Addict' VIP status. We also reward you with special coupons, sprays and gift cards when you reach each milestone!

There's no cost to join the program, but you'll only earn sprays on orders placed after you have created a store account.


Our apologies but unfortunately sprays cannot be added retroactively for your older orders. But rest assured its always uphill once you've joined the FragBuyCrew program! :)
That's not all! Once you've joined the Crew, you'll also be auto-enrolled into the Referral Program.
