If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions described below.

 

1. Withdrawal Period

 

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

 

To submit a withdrawal request, please provide the following information:

 

• ✔️ Your full name

• ✔️ Order number

• ✔️ Product(s) being returned

• ✔️ Date the order was received

• ✔️ A statement indicating your intention to withdraw from the purchase

 

Example:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [product name], order number [number], received on [date]."

After submitting your request through the withdrawal portal, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request.

 

3. Effects of Withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For EU orders, no restocking fee applies to statutory withdrawal returns. However, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as permitted by applicable law.

 

4. Returning Goods

 

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

 

5. Exception for Sealed Fragrance Products

 

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery where such goods are not suitable for return once unsealed.

Accordingly:

• -> Fragrance products returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition may generally be returned under the right of withdrawal.

• -> Fragrance products whose manufacturer seal, cellophane wrapping, tamper-evident seal, or other protective seal has been removed, broken, or altered may not be eligible for withdrawal or refund.

• -> Products showing signs of use, including spraying, testing, or consumption, may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a reduction in refund value, where permitted by applicable law.
