Official Rules & Terms (Canada)

 

1. Contest Overview

 

The FragBuy Community Contest (the “Contest”) is hosted by FragBuy (the “Sponsor”).
The Contest runs from Friday, January 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET to Monday, February 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”).

 

2. Eligibility

 

  • ➤ Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • ➤ Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

  • ➤ Internet access and a public Instagram account are required to enter via content submission.

No purchase is required to vote or enter the giveaway portion of the Contest.
A purchase is required only to submit Community Contributor content.

 

3. How to Enter

 

A. Community Contributor Entry (Content Submission)

To enter as a Community Contributor:

  1. ➤ Place an order on fragrancebuy.ca

  2. ➤ Create an Instagram Reel featuring the purchased FragBuy order

  3. ➤ Post the Reel publicly on Instagram during the Contest Period

  4. ➤ Tag @FragBuy and include #FragBuyCreator in the caption

Each qualifying Reel submission counts as one (1) Community Contributor entry.

B. Voting Entry (No Purchase Required)

To enter without submitting content:

  1.  1. Visit the FragBuy Community Gallery during the Contest Period

  2. 2.Vote for one or more Community Contributor submissions

Each verified vote counts as one (1) bonus entry into the giveaway draw.

 

4. Community Gallery & Voting

 

  • ➤ All eligible Community Contributor submissions will appear in the Community Gallery

  • ➤ Voting is open during the Contest Period

  • ➤ Votes are used solely to determine the Community Contributor Winners

  • ➤ The Sponsor reserves the right to remove entries that violate these rules or platform guidelines

 

5. Prizes

 

A. Community Contributor Winners (3 Winners)

Selected based on the highest number of verified votes.

Each Community Contributor Winner will receive:

  • ➤ Opportunity to collaborate with FragBuy

  • ➤ One (1) free fragrance per month for six (6) months

  • ➤ Approximate retail value: up to $1,000 CAD

B. Giveaway Winners (3 Winners)

Selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

Each Giveaway Winner will receive:

  • ➤ One (1) $250 CAD FragBuy gift card

Gift cards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

 

6. Winner Selection & Notification

 

Winners will be selected after the Contest Period ends and notified via Instagram direct message or email. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

7. Content Rights

 

By entering, Community Contributors grant FragBuy a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes. Community Contributors retain ownership of their content.

 

8. General Conditions

 

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if necessary. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
