Unfortunately sprays can only be accumulated for purchases after our loyalty program launch date of May 19th 2017. Sprays will expire after 6 months of earning or redemption inactivity in the Rewards program. However, as long as you place an order or make a simple coupon redemption within 6 months, your points will remain in your account. The expiration date would simply reset to another 6 months thereafter. Coupons, once redeemed, will NOT expire (unless specified during Power Redemption events). VIP Status remains evergreen and never expires (its always uphill with the FragBuyCrew). Don't worry, we'll send you reminders a month before (in case you forget) to allow you the chance to reset the clock another 6 months via a simple coupon redemption or order. 😊
