1. Contest Overview

The FragranceBuy 12th Anniversary Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by FragranceBuy (“the Sponsor”). No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The Contest begins October 31, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST and ends November 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

   Each customer is eligible for one (1) entry only. Multiple comments or duplicate entries will not increase your chances of winning.

 

No-Purchase Entry:

To enter without making a purchase, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Anniversary Contest Entry.” Include your full name, mailing address, and a short message (25 words or more) describing your favourite fragrance and why you love it. Each valid email counts as one entry.

4. Prizes

There are four (4) prizes available to be won. Each winner will receive a $112 CAD digital gift card redeemable on FragranceBuy.ca or FragFlex.com. Approximate retail value of each prize: $112 CAD. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the Sponsor’s offices in Toronto, Ontario. Selected entrants will be contacted via Instagram direct message or email and must respond within 72 hours to confirm eligibility. Before receiving a prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and may be required to sign a declaration and release form.

6. Odds of Winning

 Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

 7. General Conditions

• Entries that are incomplete, late, or fraudulent will be void.

 • The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed entries.

• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and city/province of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if technical or other factors affect the integrity or fairness of the Contest.

 • Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this Contest in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
