All of our products are 100% authentic, guaranteed. Although we do not purchase our products from brand-owners or manufacturers directly, we do purchase our products from authorized distributors and other resellers through legitimate channels of trade. We do not sell knock-offs nor imitations.   


Our goal is to make your shopping experience optimal, comfortable & simply excellent, both during purchase and after. If for any reason our customer service fails to meet your expectations, contact us and we will do what we can to make you happy.

 

 

Shipping Cost + Time (Canada and USA)

We are pleased to announce our partnerships with Fedex, UPS and Canada Post, allowing us to serve you better and optimize your on-line warehouse sale shopping experience. We allow you the choice between your preferred carrier at our checkout page. The below schedule outlines delivery time and costs for shipping.


All orders are PROCESSED within 24 hours.


Please note, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please anticipate shipping delays. We are striving to ship orders within 1-3 business days and appreciate your patience.
  • Toronto and GTA  - from $9.95, delivered within 6 hours - 36 hours from shipping date (via FragBuy courier, please click here for coverage map)

 

  • Ontario - from $9.95, delivered within 1-5 business days from shipping date (via Fedex and UPS, Canada Post may differ)

  • Quebec - from $10.95, delivered within 1-6 business days from shipping date (via Fedex and UPS, Canada Post may differ)

  • Newfoundland/Nova Scotia/PEI - from $12.95, delivered within 5-9 business days from shipping date (via Fedex and UPS, Canada Post may differ)

  • New Brunswick / Manitoba / Saskatchewan / Alberta / BC - from $12.95, delivered within 6-9 business days from shipping date, excl. rural areas  (via Fedex, Canada Post may differ)

  • NT/NU/Yukon - $15, delivered within 14 business day (via CanadaPost)


  • USA (all states) (We ship once, every Monday with a cutoff time of 9:00a.m.) - $14.95 CAD (~$11.59 USD), delivered duty/tax free within 2-5 business days via Fedex Home Delivery (Please keep orders below $800 or split into multiple orders a week apart). Kindly note that shipments going to the USA clear customs every Monday night and tracking scans will go live within 48 hours thereafter. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii nor Alaska at this time. If you select a PO Box, Fedex will try to contact you for a physical address to reroute the package. All packages shipping to the same address will be consolidated into a single package.

    Please note: We do not offer a local pickup option for orders, at this time. PO Box orders & rural addresses will be auto-shipped via CanadaPost regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout to optimize delivery service and time. A buzzer number MUST be provided for apartment deliveries. Multiple orders going to the same address on the same shipping day will be combined as one shipment.

     

    FREE Insurance Service

     

    As a part of the #FragBuyExperience, this order has external insurance via Route Transit insurance (an added value at no extra cost to you as a valued customer). You will receive an email separately from Route insurance, where you can download the Route app to track your order and have access to the resources needed to file a claim if required. Please note, you have 15 days from the delivery scan to open an insurance claim if needed. Any claims for items not received (whether lost in transit, misdelivered or stolen) will not be eligible for reimbursement and will NOT be covered if reported past this 15 day window. If you are using an intermediary freight forwarding shipping company, Route insurance is void and any claims should be directed to your forwarder for resolution in accordance to your private shipping contract and arrangement with them.


      Delivery Attempts

     

    Canada Post will make 1 delivery attempt to residential addresses. If you are not home, the parcel will either be left at your door (if your order is less than $99) OR a notice will be left at your door to pickup the parcel at a local carrier hub or post office, as specified on the notice. Fedex and UPS will make a contactless delivery at the door if deemed safe. If a failed delivery attempt is made, you must pickup the parcel at the carrier hub/post office within 5 business days.

     

    For postal deliveries, rest free, 80% of the time, the local carrier hub/post office is located within 2km-10km from your home residence. 

     

    If your parcel is not picked up within 5 days, it will be returned to FragranceBuy. We will at that time refund your purchase LESS the shipping cost original paid and a 20% restocking fee will apply. USA customers will be charged an additional $7 fee for returned parcels that are not picked up.

     

    "My Order Hasn't Arrived"

     

         You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped with full tracking information. Subsequently, you should receive your shipment between 1-6 business days(excl. NT, NU, NS) of placing your order. If you do not receive your order by 6 business days, please send us an email, and we will investigate further.  

         In the unlikely event your product is not in stock, we will send you an email advising of the delay in shipping. At that point, you can specify if you wish to wait for the backorder or if you would like to cancel the order instead at no cost.

    Refund Policy

    Returns/Exchanges

We do not sell knock-offs nor imitations. 

     

    Our policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will happily email you further instructions. Exchanges are granted on identical products and the original must be purchased from FragranceBuy directly. It must also be in the original packaging and contents unmodified.*+ 

     


         *Note: per our authenticity guarantee, if you claim the product is not on par with your expectations with respect to quality after opening the package, we will initiate a return and either exchange the product or issue you a full refund. We may also send the returned product back to the distributor for quality control testing.

     

         +Attention fraudsters: We know our product. If you try to return a fake product that was purchased elsewhere, we will know and will refuse to grant a refund, and we will consider all our available legal options.


    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  You, the customer are responsible for shipping costs for returns. USA returns will incur an additional $7 international border processing fee for brokerage and return handling. To return your product, email us at [email protected] for instructions and the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if sent collect. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, or the return product(s) to reach us, may vary.

     

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

     

    • Any item returned which is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (i.e. exclusive of the authenticity guarantee) will be subject to 20% restocking fee. However, any product that is defective for reasons not due to your error will be exchanged under our authenticity guarantee at no extra cost to you.

    • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded

    • Any item returned by the courier company after failed delivery attempts will be refunded less the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. USA customers will be charged a $7 fee for returns via this route

    • Any item for whom the billing address provided was incorrect or undeliverable will be charged a 20% restocking fee if returned. If delivered to an address that was inputted incorrectly at checkout, insurance is void and we will be unable to assist with retrieval. USA customers will be charged a $7 fee for returns due to incomplete/wrong addresses or parcel refusals

    • All returns must be arranged through customer service. Products cannot be returned without a Fragrancebuy issued RMA number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any unfulfilled orders at our discretion.
