Please note: We do not offer a local pickup option for orders, at this time. PO Box orders & rural addresses will be auto-shipped via CanadaPost regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout to optimize delivery service and time. A buzzer number MUST be provided for apartment deliveries. Multiple orders going to the same address on the same shipping day will be combined as one shipment.
FragBuy Care Insurance Service
For just $0.99 CAD, you can add FragBuy Care to your order and protect your #FragBuyExperience! If you do not add FragBuy Care to your cart, your order will not be protected for any damage/loss/theft. Please note, you have 15 days from the delivery scan to open an insurance claim if needed. Any claims for items not received (whether lost in transit, misdelivered or stolen) will not be eligible for reimbursement and will NOT be covered if reported past this 15 day window. If you are using an intermediary freight forwarding shipping company, FragBuy insurance is void and any claims should be directed to your forwarder for resolution in accordance to your private shipping contract and arrangement with them.
Delivery Attempts
Canada Post will make 1 delivery attempt to residential addresses. If you are not home, the parcel will either be left at your door (if your order is less than $299) OR a notice will be left at your door to pickup the parcel at a local carrier hub or post office, as specified on the notice. Fedex and UPS will make a contactless delivery at the door if deemed safe for orders under $299. If a failed delivery attempt is made, you must pickup the parcel at the carrier hub/post office within 5 business days.
For postal deliveries, rest free, 80% of the time, the local carrier hub/post office is located within 2km-10km from your home residence.
If your parcel is not picked up within 5 days, it will be returned to FragranceBuy. We will at that time refund your purchase LESS the shipping cost original paid and a 20% restocking fee will apply. USA customers will be charged an additional $7 fee for returned parcels that are not picked up.
"My Order Hasn't Arrived"
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped with full tracking information. Subsequently, you should receive your shipment between 1-9 business days(excl. NT, NU, NS) of placing your order. If you do not receive your order by 9 business days, please send us an email, and we will investigate further.
In the unlikely event your product is not in stock, we will send you an email advising of the delay in shipping. At that point, you can specify if you wish to wait for the backorder or if you would like to cancel the order instead at no cost.
