If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, subject to the exceptions described below.

 

1. Cancellation Period

 

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day cancellation period expires.

2. Returning Your Goods

 

If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation.

Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

3. Refunds

 

Once we receive the returned goods, or satisfactory evidence that they have been returned, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days thereafter.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We will also reimburse the cost of standard delivery. Any additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option are non-refundable.

No restocking fee applies to statutory cancellation returns. However, where permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. Exceptions

 

Your statutory right to cancel does not apply to certain goods, including sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.

For fragrance products:

• -> Fragrance products returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition are generally eligible for cancellation.

 

• -> Fragrance products whose manufacturer seal, cellophane wrapping, tamper-evident seal, or other protective seal has been removed, broken, or altered may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

 

• -> Products showing signs of use, including spraying or testing, may not be eligible for a full refund where permitted by applicable law.
